Sweet Senorita Party: Mexican Peasant Dress

I love the embroidery on the vintage Mexican Peasant items from Aida Coronado on Etsy. They are so many beautiful details. But, they can be a little pricey for party wear, so you can always search Mexican Peasant Dress on Ebay and there are some used and vintage items that are priced as low as $7. When my friends Jessica, Molly & I hosted a similar party, we were able to borrow our dresses. Don't just wear it either. These are begging to be accessorized. Silver is beautiful if you have some, but look at all the fun jewelry Aida has used to make these outfits sing in her shop. A great oblong scarf makes a pretty belt. I always like over-the-top, but this is an occasion for splashing color.
