Pink & Blue Anniversary: The Groom...

RabbitStop always has the perfect tie...
I buy these no-iron Lands End dress shirts and they are amazing.. you really don't need to iron them.. but the thing is .. if you DO iron them anyway they keep their crisp look so beautifully. I love these shirts.
I also purchase these from Lands End in the blended fabric. I think they requre ironing and I don't love them as much as the older version that were much softer. But, they last and last.

Wedding in Tuscany: The Bride & Groom...

This crown of flowers works so perfectly with this palette. I had a crown of flowers on my wedding day and I love them... These are from BloomDesignStudio a place with lots of lovely blooming things.
This dress was really fun for me to find because the dress and the model look just like the bride I painted for the Tuscany wedding cake topper. So pretty. The Etsy shop called ThreadHead has a lot of Eco Friendly, beautiful creations in her repertoire and can create custom look for you.
I thought this ring looked Italian and it turned out to be made there so that's as Italian as it gets. :) It's really pretty and unique look from RiordanStudio.
The GROOM: It's amazing what you can find on Etsy... including this Mexican Wedding Shirt from OhSoBoho.. (that's just fun to say!). It's so similar to the one I painted for the wedding cake topper. What a comfortable ensemble to be married in!

Late Summer Picnic Wedding: The Groom

It's traditional for a couple to exchange gifts on their wedding day. I wish that I had given my husband a set of these solid piece (his favorite kind... they are so sturdy) cufflinks. Artist AnneHolman who has a fantastic Etsy shop makes these beautiful cufflinks which she can customize for you. It would be lovely to have cufflinks made with a map of the city where you met, or a favorite team or a common hobby.. whatever is meaningful to him or to both of you. Check out Anne's amazing shop.
MeandMatilda is a fun Etsy shop that specializes in special occasion neckwear. The fabrics they use are just refreshing and so different from what you'll see at the mall. I think that when you go with something handmade, you can find something completely unique that will be timeless when you look at the photographs years from now.

Two of my favorite things together... Gingham & French Cuffs.. This shirt is from ProperCloth.com a place with very lovely shirts... WHERE if you can't find a shirt that's exactly what you want... you CAN DESIGN YOUR OWN! Hooray!!!

Bluebird Wedding: The Groom...

Several of the brides I've worked with on custom cake toppers have had me paint the groom in a vest. It looks nice and seems more comfortable for a summer wedding. I'd hate to stand out in the sun in a black tux.

These cufflinks by Thomas Pink are actually on my shopping list. I adore them.

There are some lovely neckties on BowsnTies.com I like the idea of this stripe with several blues together.
